Once the product is received and inspected in our office, money shall be issued in your credit in 24 – 48 hours. It then depends on your bank/money issuer how long it takes to appear in your account.

We have size chart in our content material, you can check your correct size and email or call us about your requirement. We can also make the same product with your choice of stone.

13) what after receiving a ring, it doesn’t fit me, can I resize it?

We have size chart on our site, we request you to check your correct size before placing the order. If you still need to resize it, it would take another 3-4 weeks after it is received at our end. You shall have to bear the courier and freight charges.

You can get any message or name written inside a ring or bracelet, for any other kind of engraving , please email us

15) Can I order a chain along with the pendant?

We do not have any chain section on our site, but have in our flagship store in Udaipur - Gem Arts Emporium, you can email us for your any query, we can send you pictures and you can choose from the selection.

16) What if my package comes damaged or if the product is different?

We send couriers through only reputed services, still if your package comes damaged, you need to email us the original damaged package pictures, after inspection, we would send a fresh package of your order. Your satisfaction is our goal.

17) Is my package insured, Should I be home to receive it?

All our packages are insured. We shall send you an email about the package sent. You must give us prior notice if you are away or if you want your package to be received at a different address. we request you to give your complete address with correct pin code and mobile number. The courier company shall call you before delivering. At the time of delivery, your id proof and signature would be required to hand over the package to you.
