It only applies to orders delivered in India.
Return Eligibility:
You may return any product purchased from Anuka jewels within 90 days from the date of order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and receipts. The returns are only accepted for orders delivered in India
Restocking Charge:
A restocking charge of 20% of the item's purchase price will be applied to all returns. This charge covers the costs associated with processing, inspection, refurbishing, and re-stocking the returned product, ensuring it meets our high standards before it can be offered to another customer.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all certificates and receipts.
- We will create a return shipment label. Kindly pack the items properly and put the label on for pickup.
Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. After the inspection is complete, we will issue a refund to your original payment method after deducting a 20% restocking fee.
Exclusions:
Please note that customized or engraved items, as well as items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration, are not eligible for return.
